how to lose weight quickly and safely


Excess weight gain occurs when food intake exceeds the energy contained body's needs. Excess energy will be stored as body fat reserves in the form of causing a person becomes more overweight




Recommended manner to lose weight :
1. Diet

 Eat regularly (2 or 3 times a day) with balanced nutrition.

 Reduce the amount of food, especially energy sources
 Reduce foods that are greasy, fatty or bersantan because it provides high energy.
 Reduce consumption of sugar and sweet foods because these foods also producehigh energy.
 Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits because these meals contain lots of fiber.
 Avoid alcoholic beverages because it is a source of calories and potentially causehealth problems.



2. Sport and physical activity

 Regular exercise for ½ - 1 hour at least 3 times a week.

 Choose an appropriate sport to the age and health condition.
 Increase physical activity performed according to the daily
